About Course

The 10DTendy Jump Rope Program is designed to enhance explosiveness, speed, strength, endurance, agility and coordination, all while reinforcing a proper stance and engaging key muscle groups used in and around the crease.

Course Content

Introduction

  • Before You Start

Series I
In Series I, we focus on fundamental on-ice movements through five exercises: Goalie Position, Left-Right, Exit-Protect, Inverted “V,” and Triangle.

Series II
Series II builds on the skills learned in Series I, introducing greater complexity while continuing to focus on explosiveness, speed, strength, endurance, agility, and coordination. In Series II, we emulate movements used on the ice, helping you build transferable skills that enhance performance in game-like scenarios: Goalie Position, Left-Right, Exit-Protect, Inverted “V,” and Triangle.
